Illuminares: Festival of Light is back!

Festival of Light is back! After a lack of funding forced Public Dreams to drop this magical event from their 2008 schedule of events, they are back and have promised a few new surprises for this year's 20th anniversary. The event is held in Trout Lake Park (John Hendry) Victoria Drive between East 13th & East 19th Aves.
